Nutrition targets, scores, food “concern levels,” Coach responses, and analyses are informational estimates based on the data you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, diet, medications, or treatment, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of the Service. The Service does not provide insulin dosing or medication advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.3. Your accountYou are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. The accuracy of the guidance depends on the accuracy of the information you enter.4. Subscriptions, billing, and trialsMeal+ may offer an auto-renewable subscription (“Meal+ Premium”). Current pricing, billing period, and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before you purchase.Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.Except where required by law or by Apple’s policies, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.We may change subscription features or pricing prospectively; changes will not affect the period you have already paid for.5. Acceptable useYou agree not to: misuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security of the Service; reverse engineer or scrape it except as permitted by law; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or use the Service to provide medical services to others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.6. Your contentYou retain ownership of the content you submit (for example photos, logs, and messages). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you upload.7. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY NUTRITION ESTIMATE, SCORE, OR AI OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES.10.
